I want to recognize again the work of the Tenney Lapham Neighborhood Association who raised over $10,000 to treat ash trees in Tenney Park (23 treated), James Madison Park (11 treated) and Reynolds Park (2 treated). There are funds remaining to do the next round of treatment likely to occur in 2017. This effort was led by Tyler Lark, TLNA Parks Chair and was supported by neighbors who care passionately about our urban trees.

Under an elaborate plan still being worked out by NASA and the European Space Agency, the geologic treasure would arrive on Earth in the early 2030s.
